Patient presents following multiple episodes of diarrhoea
Number of diarrhoea:
Commenced:
Last loose bowel motion:

Examination:

The patient appears well
Abdominal exam: Abdomen is soft with mild tenderness
No guarding
No rebound

Reason for visit:
Enteritis

Management:
Advised to obtain some Gastrostop from the chemist and take 2 immediately and then 1 after each loose bowel motion
Keep hydrated with water / gastrolyte
If symptoms do not settle then return here or ED for review
